Google Street View

After experiencing our Google Expedition to the Great Barrier Reef, I am excited to experience more world landmarks, national wonders, and locations. While we do not have Google Cardboard viewers to continue virtual reality expeditions, we can enjoy 360-degree images on Google Maps with Street View. This map gives a snapshot of what we can experience around the world with Street View.

For example, if you wanted to travel to the Grand Canyon, you can zoom to Arizona on the map, and click on the red dot marking the Grand Canyon.

This will bring you to a page with a collection of 360-degree views of the Grand Canyon.

Click to select the view you would like to experience and use your touch pad to navigate the location.

So, to get started, go to Google Maps Street View and choose a location by using the world map in the bottom left corner or by scrolling through the images along the right half of the page.
